Oiva Property Monitor Service and Smoke Detector

With Oiva Property Monitor Service and the connected Oiva Smoke Detector, you receive continuous information about the temperature and humidity in your property, as well as the operational status of the smoke detector. Additionally, you will receive alerts for abnormal temperatures and humidity levels, as well as fire alarms on your phone and locally.

The price for the service is 9.90 €/month. If you choose the annual payment option, it is available for 99.50 €/year.

The starting package costs 49.50 € and includes all the devices, service setup, and the first month's service fee. Subsequent payments can be made through the eWatt application.

The service includes:

• Continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity.
• Alerts for specified temperature and humidity levels.
• Remote alerts via text message and/or email, as well as information in the eWatt customer app.
• Information about a weak battery or malfunction of the fire alarm.

The provided temperature and humidity sensor is ready to use, and you can place it where you want to monitor temperature and humidity. The smoke detector should be installed in a central location in the property.

The sensor and fire alarm included in the service do not require electricity and have a built-in network connection. They are rental devices and should be returned if the service is terminated. They come with a lifetime warranty, and we provide a replacement device free of charge if needed.

The subscription is valid until further notice, with a 30-day notice period for termination.
